First Visit: Functional Integration (FI) | $110

First sessions are 75-90 minutes. Your first session is an introduction to my work and are an opportunity to learn about each other. I’ll start the visit by asking about your physical history, any questions you have, and the things that you would like to improve.

During a Functional Integration session I am guiding you through different movements, however the true focus is practicing awareness (how and what you sense and feel.) More than just offering a treatment for relief, Feldenkrais lessons offer a path for learning about yourself and determining your relationship to change. Over time, knowing yourself and the tools to create change leads to more lasting transformations.

I recommend committing to at least two lessons (your first, plus one additional) to understand for yourself how the Feldenkrais Method can support you.

Functional Integration (FI) Sessions | $90

Follow up appointments are 60 minutes and begin with a short check in conversation. Over time and with practice and self-direction, effects of doing Functional Integration lessons can become a part of your everyday life.

Artist / Practitioner Functional Integration (FI) Sessions | $75

Reduced price offered to artists, other practitioners, and anyone who could benefit from lessons but cannot afford my standard rate.
